Armatec is a knowledge company specializing in flow technology. We deliver smart and sustainable solutions for automation, heat exchange, water treatment, backflow protection, pressure protection, and heating/cooling to customers in the process industry, HVAC, and construction sectors.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to drive Armatec’s marketing activities in Norway. In this key role, you will collaborate with our Nordic Marketing & Communications team while being the go-to person for local marketing execution.

You will:

• Work closely with sales and product management to align marketing with business needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities for the Norwegian market.
• Plan and monitor local marketing budget in cooperation with the Nordic Marcom Manager & local CEO.
• Create and publish website and social media content for local campaigns.
• Support email marketing campaigns and manage contact lists.
• General E-commerce support, local & Nordic.
• Create graphics for Online and offline, e.g. til SoMe posts & flyers.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for fairs and customer events.
• Contribute to Nordic projects, e.g. manage Nordic KPIs.

This position involves occasional travel, for team meetings, training, and participation in key events.

Support & Collaboration
You will be supported by Nordic colleagues and external partners for areas such as reporting, e-commerce and content production — so you can focus on coordinating and delivering local marketing activities. You will refer to Head of Nordic Marcom, who are located in Copenhagen.

Who You Are
You are a proactive and curious marketer who enjoys both planning and doing. You are comfortable working independently day-to-day but also thrive on collaborating closely with a Nordic team and sharing ideas across countries.

You are structured, able to prioritize when there are many moving parts, and not afraid to take ownership to get things done. You have the confidence to push tasks forward, challenge when needed, and keep projects on track.

You don’t need to be an expert in every tool or platform we use — what matters most is that you are motivated to develop your skills and happy to learn new systems and ways of working.

We believe you have:

• A degree in marketing, communications, or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or similar role.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (web, social media, email, AI).
• Basic skills in design tools (InDesign or similar).
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and keep deadlines.
